Most travellers still rely on offline agents and get pre-packaged itineraries with limited flexibility. Modern day software outsourcing/technology consulting firm which aims to reimagine India's traditional IT services model. As outsourcing giants increase layoffs, the company is focused on delivering software using smaller, AI-native teams working with AI agents. The goal is to deliver faster, with greater precision and with continuous delivery. The company has 50 clients so far, with the engineering team in India and BD in the US. “Heizen is our attempt to rebuild Infosys for the AI age. We believe velocity, not headcount, should be the core metric. We are combining elite engineering talent with AI agents to deliver high-quality software products in weekly sprints.” $500K pre-seed round. Angels in the round include Varun Alagh (Mamaearth), Abhishek Goyal (Tracxn). The company was formerly known as OpenGig. Founders: Aman is software engineer and former founder of Athenasquare (recruitment automation) which he co-founded with Abhilasha, who then went on the Microsoft before joining Heizen; the third founder Nijansh co-founded SpeakIn (EdTech). Claims to have a disruptive supply chain which ensures fresh product assortments (100 new weekly SKUs) and 25 day inventory cycles (traditional fast fashion brands hold inventory for 2-4 months). Operates out of its HQ in Guwahati and a 40,000 sq ft facility in Noida. ₹17.5CR pre-seed round. Founders: CEO Rimjim built StreetStyleStore, another D2C fashion brand, for a decade between 2012-2022; little information available on co-founder Partha. Founded in Apr 2022. Comps: Outzidr (Stellaris); NewMe (Accel, Fireside, All In).

The platform replaces traditional locator-based test scripts with natural language prompts, enabling iOS and Android testing in plain English - providing 97% test reliability while reducing time for test creation. $2.7M seed round. Angels in the round include Anuj Rathi (Cleartrip) and Vaibhav Domkundwar (Better Capital). Founders: Asad (IIT Kharagpur) is an experienced PM (Meesho/Coinbase/GOJEK/Swiggy), Partha (NIT Rourkela, ISB) is also from a product background (BlackBuck/Zolo/Mensa Brands); while Yash was an engineer + PM at Amazon for 6 years. Used by 800 restaurant locations across India with 5M orders tracked every month. They charges ₹1,000 per location per month with volume discounts available for multiple locations. Seed round, with investors and round size undisclosed. Founder Harshendar led product and tech at Ghost Kitchens India for 3 years, prior to which he built a restaurant management stack (menu digitalisation) called WTF (Where's The Food) which was acquired by Ghost Kitchens. Recombinant proteins are proteins that are artificially produced using genetic engineering techniques, for use cases ranging from pharma manufacturing to cellular agriculture. ₹4CR seed round. The company will use funding to expand its bioreactor capacity and scale up production. Founders: Vipul was a Research Associate at TERI (3 years) and a Senior Scientist at Biocon (2 years); Dr. Jitendra Wagh is also from TERI. Founded in 2019, based in Vadodara.

The company is a one-stop shop Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) for startups, SMEs and enterprises developing Ai powered products - meaning that it designs, prototypes as well as manages the production process. It has delivered 1M smart IoT devices so far and has an $81M order book. This is a $4M seed round from two companies that seem to have incubated Rapidise - Napino Tech Ventures (an electronics manufacturer) and Teksun Microsys (which itself is an IoT and AI product development firm). Founder Brijesh (BITs Pilani, IIM Ahmedabad) founded Teksun 10 years ago.

Founder & CEO Priyanka (Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar) was an intern at DRDO before spending some years in her family business (hospitality and construction). Founded in 2019.
InsureTech startup offering Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), i.e. a platform for businesses to offer insurance products to employees and partners. It earns revenues through policy distribution, commissions on premium and for the tech layer it provides. For e.g., it has a partnership with Battery Smart to offer natural calamity insurance to its battery charging station partners. ₹6CR round. Founders: both CEO Anuj (NMIMS, IIM Bangalore) and Head of Product & Marketing Sanil (NMIMS, ISB) were co-founders of Healthysure, an employee benefits platform, for four years.
