With insights from 150,000 derma-consultations including from the founder's own cosmetic dermatology practice, the model combines a B2B partner network of 2,000 derma-clinics with its D2C site, which allows patients to begin treatment through clinical guidance and continue maintenance independently. The company was acquired by Indiabulls Consumer Finance in two tranches between 2019-2020. The team is all ex-HSBC. The fourth co-founder, Manish (IIT Kanpur '93; IIM Calcutta '95) joined more recently in 2025. He was a Partner at PwC.
