Founders: Gayatri (Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Health Coaching Certificate) ran Va'lens, a holistic health studio, for nearly a decade. She co-founded Huber & Holly, a freshly churned ice cream chain that grew to 15 stores across 6 cities, with husband Ankit. Ankit (Purdue University, BS Business Administration '04) is from the Havmor family where he was MD, and subsequently built the Hocco and Huber & Holly ice cream brands.

A $15M Series A round closed in Feb 2025, led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from Yali Deeptech & TDK Ventures. That round has now gone up to $16.7M, with additional participation from TDK.
